Miami Heat NBA Finals: Miami Heat vs. San Antonio Spurs

The Miami Heat and San Antonio Spurs will play a Game 7. In one of the closest games of the series, Ray Allen knocked back a three-point shot to save Miami. LeBron James then engineered a comeback that left the Heat with a 103-100 overtime victory and set up a showdown in the NBA Finals. Game 7 will be played, we repeat, Game 7 will be played. The Miami Heat have a chance to repeat as NBA Champions and the San Antonio Spurs have a chance to remain unbeaten in an NBA Finals series. Game 7 comes Thursday night in American Airlines Arena.

More on Miami heat games
For the Quarterfinals NBA Game:

Miami Heat have all but locked up this seven game series with the Milwaukee Bucks. There’s still another game to be played in Milwaukee but no team has ever come back from a 3-0 deficit to win a series. Seriously doubt that the Milwaukee Bucks will be the team to achieve that milestone against the Miami Heat. Game 4 with Miami Heat can put an end to this Quarterfinal series. It would be great to see another game in American Airlines Arena in this series but in the long run the extra rest can only benefit Miami for the next series. It’s going to get much tougher as the games go on. The Miami Heat need everything swinging in their favor to get to the next level and beyond. Last year Miami Heat won the NBA Championship. About five minutes after that happened Heat fans and ticket buyers were talking about the chances of Miami winning back to back titles.Miami Heat has a very good chance of doing this for 2013. We’ve gone through a great season, one in which Miami took us into overdrive and won more games in the regular season than at any other time in franchise history.

The Miami Heat stats are dominated by LeBron James who averages 26.8 points a game, 8 rebounds, and 6.5 assists. Teams that concentrate on James could do themselves some good but they’ll still have to stop Dwyane Wade or Chris Bosh or Ray Allen. The Miami Heat finished the NBA regular season with one of the best records in history. Towards the end they endured some injuries but appear to be pretty healthy going in. They also exposed some depth as replacement players helped to create a strong finish as the Heat went 9-1 in their last 10 games, losing only to the Knicks. The Miami Heat are a powerhouse moving in for the kill on a second NBA Championship.

The Heat are still holding an unbeatable edge in the Eastern Conference and could probably afford to forfeit the rest of their games. But the overall prize in the regular season is the coveted #1 seeding in the playoffs, giving Miami and extra home game when the NBA Championship comes to South Beach.

Miami Heat want to preserve their #1 status in the NBA for the playoffs. That advantage is really big, especially when you consider the winning percentage in American Airlines Arena. Miami Heat are making the right decision. The big prize is still out there dangling in front of us as Miami Heat tickets holders. We want the championship. If we have to suffer a few embarrassing defeats between now and playoff time then so be it.

The Miami Heat 88, victory against the San Antonio Spurs 86: BIG win for the Miami Heat, Bosh scored 23 points, including a winning three-point basket with Heat beating the San Antonio. What we will see is a battle for the #1 overall, a competition that could weigh heavily into the NBA Championship.

Miami Heat won also against the New Orleans Hornets:
Miami Heat returned to a victory over the New Orleans Hornets 108-89. The win puts Miami at 27-1 over their last 28 games. LeBron James was in fine form, scoring 36 points at one time knocking back six straight three-point shots. As usual James took it pretty much in stride.

Heat also managed to secure a lock on the top spot in the Eastern Conference, assuring themselves home court advantage, which is huge when it comes to American Airline Arena. So far, everything is on track for Miami to get another shot at an NBA Championship. The showdown in San Antonio between the Miami Heat and San Antonio Spurs is going to provide plenty of room for speculation by NBA pundits regardless of which team comes out on top.

The Miami Heat just keep it going, pushing this winning streak into single digits remaining to tie an all time NBA record. Eight is now the magic number. It’s a singularly painful thing though, to watch this Heat squad continually battle from behind. When I think back over the last weeks I have a hard time remembering when Miami came out, got ahead, and stayed ahead all the way to the final buzzer.

The Miami Heat need three wins to clinch the #1 spot in the Eastern Conference. Which begs the question: If they win the next three and have nothing to gain playoff wise, will they slack off and rest players for the post-season?

Get your Miami Heat tickets now. Things are getting very hot and if this pace keeps up you won’t be able to find Heat tickets anywhere on the planet. Miami is putting things into overdrive as the season begins to head into the final stretch. The NBA isn’t winding down it’s gearing up as teams go all out to position themselves for a run in the playoffs.

The Miami Heat are showing the rest how it’s done. The Milwaukee Bucks became the 21st consecutive victim of the Heat last nigh in Milwaukee as Miami rolled to a 107-94 victory. Forget about the past success of the Bucks against the team from South Beach because it wasn’t happening last night.

Chris Bosh had an especially good night, matching LeBron James point for point with 28. It’s been almost a month and a half since Miami was on the losing side of a score, and it looks good for a roll to continue. In fact, there’s been speculation on exactly where and when Miami will eventually end their winning ways. There are some looking out to an NBA all time record in the 30's. Whether that happens or not the Miami Heat are putting themselves in excellent position for a high seed in the Eastern Conference. They’ll need it. If Miami can win the East, the San Antonio Spurs, who are pushing things to a higher level, could be waiting to contend for an NBA Championship.

How the Miami Heat won 2012 Championship

The Miami Heat are now on an nine-game winning streak that extends back past the All Star break and includes a win over Chicago on the road. Hopes are high in South Beach that the Heat can keep this streak going and capture a win.The odds seem good for the Heat returning to American Airlines Arena with a 10-game winning streak and three games at home where they’ve been almost unbeatable all season.

The Heat would improve their roster by signing veteran Shane Battier. In the shortened 2011–12 season, the Heat got off to a 27–7 start, and for the second year in a row, James, Wade and Bosh were selected to the NBA All-Star Game. However, they would struggle for the second half of the season. The Heat finished 46–20, earning the second seed in the east for the NBA Playoffs. With Wade visiting his former college coach, the team overcame adversity and defeated the Pacers in the next three games, with James and Wade often combining for an average of 70 points to close out the Pacers. They met the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference Finals,.

They took a big road win at Boston beating the Celtics 98–79 to tie the series 3–3; The deciding Game 7 was at Miami; although the Celtics largely dominated during the first half, the second half saw several lead changes as both teams went back and forth. The Heat eventually won, reaching the NBA Finals for the second straight year. In the much anticipated match-up with the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Heat split the first two games, winning Game 2 on the road, before sweeping the next three at home. James was named the Finals MVP as he won his first NBA championship. The Heat became the first NBA team to win the Finals despite trailing in three different series beforehand. In addition, the Heat once again swept Games 3, 4 and 5 at home (becoming only the third team to do so) on their way to their second championship.

Miami Heat Tickets – The Big Three

Suddenly, Miami Heat tickets are the center of attention in the NBA. It's not a surprise. The Heat managed to turn around their fortunes last season with a healthy Dwyane Wade. But make no mistake, this is an entirely new Miami Heat roster, one that will bear little resemblance to the version that ran the court in the American Airlines Center last season. The big question facing Miami Heat ticket holders is how Pat Riley will fill out the roster now that he's got the three biggest, and most expensive cornerstones in the NBA. Once thing for sure, it's going to be an interesting season in Miami. Let's take a look at the three guys Riley is banking on.

Dwyane Wade
Dwyane Wade came into the NBA with a splash and hasn't let up. Drafted #5, Wade made an immediate impact on the court. In only three seasons Wade matured enough to give the Miami Heat an NBA Championship, playing at an All Star level. Outside of the NBA, Wade was the leading scorer on an American team that took home a gold medal in the Olympics. But it hasn't always been easy. Knee problems in 2007-08 kept Wade out for an extended time, and derailed the Miami Heat. Fully healthy now, and coupled with Chris Bosh and LeBron James, Dwyane Wade is part of another dream team.
Chris Bosh
Chris Bosh – After seven seasons with the Raptors Chris Bosh knew it was time for a change. Winning All Star honors, leading the Raptors to a playoff berth, and becoming the all time Raptors leader in points and most offensive categories wasn't enough. While his time in Toronto molded Bosh into a team leader and major NBA star, a chance at an NBA Championship was nowhere in sight. So Bosh has traded the Toronto winter for the Miami Heat. Now he'll get a chance at the prize, under the guidance of Pat Riley and alongside LeBron James and Dwyane Wade.
LeBron James
LeBron James – The final, and what some say the biggest, piece in the Miami Heat puzzle is now LeBron James. Considered by many the best player in the NBA, James brings huge talent to the Miami Heat. Two NBA MVP awards, a regular spot on the All Star roster, and an Olympic Gold medal have put LeBron James into the NFL elite. While his time in Cleveland was successful on a personal level, LeBron James is now focused on winning an NBA Championship. It looks like he picked the right place. Oddsmakers have elevated the Miami Heat into NBA favorites, betting on the terrific trio to put Miami back on top.
